Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or permanent staffing in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of current technologies and trends in software development.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
