About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for Manager - Business Continuity Planning who is proficient in IT business continuity planning, implement, monitor, & documentation.
Responsibilities - Implement and support business continuity program across business application teams
- Conduct DR drills as per defined calendar
- Handle BC/DR issues and risks registers effectively
- Prompt closer of DR Drill Observations
- Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Ensure committed RPO/RTO SLAs
- Responsible for maintaining and participating in BCP/ISO 22301 certification audits
- Develop and provide training to teams on BC/DR activities (ex. training on business continuity processes, client specific BC/DR requirements)
- Liaise with the relevant teams (e.g. security, operations, etc.) on business continuity requirements
- Engineering Graduate with relevant 3-4 years of experience
- Knowledge in implementing, managing and auditing an ISO-22301 BCMS (preferred)
- Broad knowledge of Business continuity principles and practices
- Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery concepts
- Cloud knowledge would be advantageous
- Knowledge of basic data center architectures/designs/component
- Understanding of various aspects of technology resilience - design and process aspects
- Basic understanding of data backup, recovery etc.
- Excellent Oral, written & presentation Skill
- Logical and efficient approach to problem solving
- Efficient in prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
