Senior Domain Analyst (Finance & Accounting)

🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Define and standardise Finance KPIs, semantics, and reporting metrics (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working Capital, AP/AR, GL, Cost Centres) ✅ Lead finance mapping workshops with business stakeholders ✅ Create finance mapping specifications, decision logs, validation rules, and acceptance criteria ✅ Define reconciliation and audit rules to ensure accurate, trusted financial reporting ✅ Build and maintain standard finance reports using Power BI ✅ Contribute to governed semantic models and ensure consistent business calculations ✅ Drive finance reporting standardisation across the organisation 🎯 Required Skills & Experience ✔️

Mandatory: ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent recognised Accountancy Qualification ✔️ 7–8+ years of experience in Finance Analytics, Financial Reporting, or Business Intelligence ✔️ Strong understanding of Financial Statements, GL, AP, AR, Cost Centres & Finance Processes ✔️ Advanced SQL skills ✔️ Strong Power BI & Semantic Modelling knowledge ✔️ Complex DAX expertise ✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and specification-writing skills ⭐ Nice to Have • Python or Spark knowledge • Data profiling experience • Microsoft PL-300 (formerly DA-100) Certification
