Senior Documentum D2 Developer

Job Summary

Chevron invites applications for the role of Documentum Developer within our Enterprise Content Management team in Bengaluru, India. This position has responsibility for the critical platforms, tools, and capabilities that provide on and off-premise Cloud infrastructure services to every Chevron business units and sites. This position will provide broad exposure to the application of technology to enable business with many opportunities for growth and professional development for the candidate.

Work Hours

The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Deep expertise in Documentum D2 development is essential.
• Strong understanding of Documentum Core Fundamentals is required.
• Hands-on experience with Documentum upgrade projects, especially in cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is expected.
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant industry experience.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and APIs.
• Demonstrates influential leadership through ability in driving product design and architecture, and adherence to IT engineering standards and architecture maturity.
• Strong track record of keeping up to date with industry trends. Experience with the growth of others capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
