Senior Division Manager

• Define and execute business strategy to achieve organizational objectives, growth targets, and operational excellence.
• Drive business development through account growth, new opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead multiple functions, programs, and delivery teams to ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Own service delivery performance, ensuring quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments are met.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession management, and organizational capability building.
• Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and management reviews to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
• Drive transformation initiatives through process improvement, innovation, and scalable operating models.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic priorities and enterprise-wide objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, business transformation, and customer needs.
• Promote a high-performance, customer-centric culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Experience: 15-25 years
• All experience must be in Aero Domain
• Knowledge on commercial engines are preferred
• Having Aftermarket experience is added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for day to day running of the organization's operations in a non-manufacturing environment and providing effective methods in its business operations. Develop, interpret and implement company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with these policies, prepares related reports and audits. Support better management reporting, information flow and organizational planning. Improve the operational systems and processes to support organization's mission. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services. Coordinate communication between support and business functions.
