• Budget Commitment Demonstrate commitment to achieving project budgets by optimizing resource allocation and adhering to cost-effective engineering practices.
  
  

Support operations

• Lead Complex Projects Lead the technical execution of engineering projects, particularly those involving Newness levels 2-3 (new designs based on existing knowledge or design based on existing rules).
• Technical Problem Solving Serve as a referent for critical problem solving within the Discipline, utilizing Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Customer Communication Effectively communicate complex technical solutions and challenges to internal and external customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Technical Transversal Sharing Proactively share technical knowledge and best practices across teams and divisions, fostering collaboration and knowledge dissemination.

• Technical Coaching and Mentoring Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Discipline Engineers, fostering their professional development and expertise.
• Design Standards Development Leverage expertise to build, improve, and validate design standards for Newness levels 2-3, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Valeo's strategic objectives.

• Digitalization Roadmap Execution Actively participate in the execution of the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap, identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Innovative Solution Development Propose and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to engineering challenges, leveraging existing technologies and methodologies.
