Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Disbursement Accounts (DA) Executive is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of DAs received from various Inchcape offices as well as third-party agents for crew logistics business

• Checking of DAs received from various offices against agreed tariffs of the client.
• Ensure all DAs are in line with service requests from the client and check supporting documents.
• In case of any discrepancy with rates or supporting documents, query the same with a local office.
• Complete the DA processing in the optic as per the set process at all stages of DA.
• Vouching of the Final DA i.e., Putting USD amount and arranging vouchers as per the summary sheet.
• Create Final DA as per the client's requirements and SOPs.
• Processing of DAs within two days of receipt or the same working week.
• Ensure FDAs are reported to the principals within a week after generating.
• Resolve the principal's queries within 2 working days of receipt and maintain a track record.
• All the client queries need to be updated the same days after the receipt in the client query file.
• Assist to the team members in the absence of a supervisor.
• CWD posting as per the requirement

Inchcape Systems

• Full utilization of Inchcape systems as per ISS Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure all jobs are processed accurately and updated at all stages of DA processing in optic

• To inform colleagues promptly of any emails, tasks, or issues that require immediate attention to enable them to meet the expectations of internal and external customers.

Knowledge

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have basic knowledge of shipping.
• Understanding of basic shipping terminologies and disbursement Accounts

Experience

• Require a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in Shipping
