About this role
We are seeking a highly accomplished leader to drive strategic AI & Data transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. This role combines executive leadership, large-scale program delivery, data platform modernization, GenAI implementation, client management, and business growth responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, experience building Data Lakes and Lakehouse architectures, and a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar AI and data transformation programs from pre-sales through delivery and value realization.
This role will be responsible for delivery excellence, customer success, financial management, talent development, and expansion of the AI & Data practice.
Experience
18-20+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.
8+ years leading enterprise programs and large delivery organizations.
Proven experience managing portfolios exceeding $10M+ annual revenue.
Experience leading globally distributed delivery teams of 100+ professionals.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Data Program Leadership
Lead large-scale AI and Data transformation programs ranging from $5M to $50M+ engagements.
Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple customer accounts.
