Senior Director of Operations

The Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Director of Operations who will serve as the operational right hand to the CEO. This individual will play a critical role in analysis of business operations, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, implementing scalable improvements in work processes, and leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to drive productivity, efficiency and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess workflows, deliverables and outcomes across company operations to identify gaps and implement actionable process improvements.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve team productivity.
• Partner with department heads to implement improvements in processes, organization, tools, metrics and KPIs
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems for the CEO and leadership team.
• Lead enterprise-wide operational initiatives with strong follow-through and execution discipline.
• Assist the CEO in expanding the company operations in new markets

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in technology and business operations
• 8+ years of management experience, including management of teams more than 20 people
• Strong experience in design and implementation of scalable processes, workflows, and playbooks, including through automation and AI tools
• Strong experience with business analytics including dashboard creation, KPI development and performance reporting
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and providing strategic operational insights
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Experience in fast-growing, international organizations
