Senior Director Finance

Looking to hire a strategic Finance Professional with strong experience in the IT Services / Consulting industry to lead finance and support the companys next phase of growth.

What were looking for:
• 15+ years of Finance experience
• Experience handling organisations with 300–500+ employees
• Must have worked in an IT Services / IT Consulting organisation
• Experience managing businesses with $50–100M revenue
• Strong experience in Company Acquisitions
• Experience in Due Diligence, Valuation & Deal Structuring
• Experience preparing investor presentations and financial cases for buy-side & sell-side transactions
• Strong Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS expertise
• End-to-end ownership of Accounting, Financial Reporting & Controllership
• Strong experience in Statutory, Internal & External Audits
• Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
• Strong Cash Flow, Working Capital & Treasury Management experience
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, policies and governance
• Drive cost optimisation, profitability and financial efficiency
• Experience with ERP / Finance systems and process automation
• Proven experience partnering with CEO, Board, Investors and Leadership Team
