About the Role:

We are looking for a senior E-Commerce Performance Marketing leader to drive the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the Ecommerce Performance business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in P&L ownership, business scaling, client management, people leadership, and Ecommerce Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of working with domestic Ecommerce clients in an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the complete P&L for the Ecommerce Performance business, including revenue growth, profitability, and business planning.

- Develop and execute strategies to scale the Ecommerce Performance business and achieve business objectives.

- Lead relationships with key domestic Ecommerce clients, acting as a strategic business partner and senior point of contact.

- Drive performance marketing strategies across major Ecommerce and Quick Commerce platforms.

- Oversee campaigns and business growth across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, and other Q-Commerce platforms.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through strategic solutions.

- Lead large-scale teams of approximately 60 - 80 members, including performance marketing, account management, and execution teams.

- Build a high-performing organization through effective hiring, mentoring, performance management, and leadership development.

- Partner with internal leadership teams to define business strategy, budgets, revenue targets, and growth plans.

- Monitor key business and campaign metrics and use data-driven insights to improve performance and profitability.

- Ensure high standards of client delivery, operational excellence, and service quality across accounts.

- Stay updated on Ecommerce, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce trends to identify emerging opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

- Represent the Ecommerce Performance business in senior client and internal leadership discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 12 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce Performance Marketing.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Media / Digital Marketing Agency - mandatory.

- Proven experience in P&L ownership for an Ecommerce Performance business.

- Strong experience in scaling Ecommerce Performance businesses and driving revenue growth.

- Mandatory experience handling domestic Ecommerce clients in the current/recent role.

- Hands-on understanding of Ecommerce Performance Marketing and marketplace advertising.

- Strong expertise across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, and Quick Commerce platforms.

- Proven experience managing and leading large teams of 60 - 80 members.

- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent business strategy, analytical, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.

- Strong understanding of Ecommerce and Q-Commerce business models, performance metrics, and growth levers.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates currently working in Media Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Ecommerce Performance Agencies, or related organizations with significant experience in domestic Ecommerce accounts will be preferred.

- Candidates with demonstrated ownership of P&L, large teams, client relationships, and Ecommerce Performance growth are encouraged to apply.
