About this role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - AI Data Products to lead the strategy and execution of our semantic layer/knowledge graph capabilities that power AI agents across Demand Planning, Replenishment Buying, and Inventory Optimisation. This is a high-impact role based in our Global Capability Centre (GCC), partnering with US-based Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. If you are passionate about building AI-native platforms not just models, but the data intelligence layer that makes them work this role is for you.
As a Senior Product Manager for AI Data Products, you will own the product vision and roadmap for building the semantic layer, ontology frameworks, and knowledge mapping systems that enable AI agents to operate effectively across supply chain workflows. You will define how business concepts such as demand signals, forecast overrides, promotional lifts, safety stock policies, perpetual inventory adjustments, and replenishment constraints are modelled, connected, and exposed to AI systems in a structured, explainable, and scalable way.
Responsibilities:
- Own the AI Semantic and Knowledge Layer Vision: Define and drive the product strategy for supply chain semantic models and knowledge graphs, translating complex demand and replenishment workflows into structured, scalable, AI-consumable business context.
- Enable AI Agents with Structured Context: Design the abstraction layer that connects enterprise systems and business logic, enabling AI agents to access structured data, reason over decisions, and deliver explainable recommendations.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering: Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering to align ontology design, feature definitions, and metadata models, ensuring scalable architecture and seamless integration into AI workflows.
- Translate Supply Chain Domain into Structured Knowledge: Convert demand planning, forecast overrides, inventory policies, and replenishment constraints into standardised entities and relationships that reduce ambiguity and support consistent AI-driven decision-making.
- Build Explainability and Trust Frameworks: Establish product capabilities that surface contextual reasoning, lineage, and governance controls, so AI-generated insights are transparent, auditable, and trusted by planners and buyers.
- Drive Strategic Roadmapping and Execution: Own a multi-quarter roadmap for semantic and knowledge capabilities, defining clear requirements and delivering incremental value through structured releases aligned to supply chain priorities.
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner across Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams globally to align business definitions, resolve ambiguity, and accelerate adoption of AI-powered decision platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years building data platforms, ML-enabled products, or AI-native systems.
- Experience working with: Semantic layers, ontologies, or knowledge graphs, Data modelling and metadata management, API-based data access layers.
- Strong SQL and data analytics fluency.
- Experience partnering closely with Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Experience operating in complex, ambiguous enterprise environments.
Highly Desirable:
- Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment, or Inventory domain expertise.
- Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA), ERP, or retail replenishment systems.
- Exposure to LLM-powered systems or agent frameworks.
- Experience building explainable AI systems.
- Knowledge of data cataloguing and governance frameworks.
Additional Skills:
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to abstract business processes into structured knowledge.
- Ability to influence without authority across global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones (US-GCC collaboration).
- Strong bias toward structured thinking and scalable design.
