Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and lead-generation strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Drive campaigns for Care360, AURUM, ReviveLab, CIYAN, Cyrix Academy and Cyrix Shop.
• Manage the complete digital funnel: Reach Enquiry MQL SQL Opportunity Revenue.
• Drive e-commerce growth through SEO, paid campaigns, remarketing, email/WhatsApp marketing and conversion optimization.
• Develop content for websites, blogs, social media, videos, landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Own SEO and website performance, improving organic visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Develop social-media strategies and strengthen Cyrix's digital brand and thought leadership.
• Monitor CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, ROAS, website conversion and revenue contribution.
• Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Work with sales, CRM teams, agencies and creative partners to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Support digital growth across India, Middle East and Africa.

Key Requirements

• 10 years of strong experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience in lead generation and demand generation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Analytics and CRO.
• Experience in e-commerce growth and customer acquisition.
• Strong content, storytelling and campaign management skills.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with understanding of leads, conversion, CAC, ROAS and revenue.
• CRM experience; Salesforce is an advantage.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers and digital partners.
• Healthcare, MedTech, capital equipment, B2B technology or complex-consideration products preferred.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or related
