ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our entire digital marketing department. This role goes beyond managing advertising campaigns, it requires a proven leader who can drive growth across all marketing channels while managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Shopify eCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and digital marketing strategy, along with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, executing data-driven campaigns, and scaling eCommerce brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and mentor the entire Marketing Department, including:
• Influencer Marketing
• Social Media
• Email Marketing
• Media Buying
• Shopify/eCommerce Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and revenue objectives.
• Own and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment across all marketing channels.
• Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms.
• Manage the overall performance and growth of the company's Shopify stores, working closely with internal teams to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and sales.
• Analyze key marketing KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and overall revenue performance.
• Develop customer acquisition, retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
• Lead campaign planning, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization strategies to improve marketing performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Prepare regular executive reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams across multiple functions, including:
• Social Media
• Influencer Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Paid Media/Media Buying
• Shopify/eCommerce Operations
• Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and scaling eCommerce brands.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaign management, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability and growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with a proven record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
