Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We need inbound leads. Real ones: US healthcare practices and organizations raising their hand because they want to talk to us about our EHR product and RCM services.

We want someone senior who can build it, own it, and be held accountable for the number. Not a social media coordinator, and not someone who needs an agency to do the thinking. We need someone who s done this before and knows what works.

What You'll Actually Do

• Own inbound lead generation, end to end. Strategy, channels, budget, execution, reporting. The pipeline number is yours.
• Run paid acquisition. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting, plus whatever else actually converts for US healthcare buyers. You ll spend money wisely and cut what isn t working without being told.
• Build SEO that compounds. You ll handle technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content that ranks for the terms our buyers search.
• Drive content that sells. Case studies, landing pages, email nurtures, webinars, and comparison pages. Content with a job to do, not content made for the sake of content.
• Set up and run marketing automation. Lead scoring, nurture flows, and a clean handoff to sales. MQLs that sales actually wants to call.
• Fix the website s conversion problem. Landing pages, CTAs, forms, A/B tests. Traffic that doesn t convert is just a cost.
• Report on what matters. MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, pipeline influenced, and CAC. We don t want reports on vanity metrics.
• Work closely with sales. If sales says the leads are bad, you ll find out why and fix it.
• Manage agencies and freelancers where it makes sense, and hold them to results.

What You Need to Bring

• 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3-4 years owning B2B lead generation. You should have a number you were accountable for, and you should have hit it.
• Hands-on depth in paid search, paid social, SEO, and marketing automation. You can do the work yourself, not just manage people who do it.
• Experience marketing to US audiences. Healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort with tools like HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, Search Console, and the ad platforms. You should be able to build a dashboard without waiting on anyone.
• Strong writing. You know what makes a US practice manager click and what makes them close the tab.
• A bias for testing, measuring, and killing ideas that don t pan out, including your own.

The Honest Part

• You ll be building, not inheriting. Parts of our marketing engine are thin or missing. If you want a fully staffed team and a mature stack on day one, this isn t it.
• You ll be hands-on. Senior title, yes. But you ll be writing ad copy and fixing landing pages yourself, not just approving them.
• Our market is US-based. Expect some calls that overlap with US hours when coordinating with sales or clients.
• Healthcare is regulated. Our messaging has to be accurate and compliance-aware. Growth hacks that cut corners d on fly here.
• You ll be measured on pipeline. If inbound leads t move, we ll both know.
