Senior Digital Marketing Expert

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results oriented Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our digital marketing initiatives, develop effective marketing strategies and drive business growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital campaign management, performance marketing, SEO, paid advertising and analytics, along with the ability to lead a team and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing and other digital channels.
• Oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and organic traffic growth.
• Lead social media marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates and marketing KPIs.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, optimize advertising spend and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and industry trend assessments to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales, content, design and business development teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging marketing technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign strategy and execution.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, conversion rate optimization and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management and problem solving skills.
