About the Job
Role Overview
The selected candidate will own paid digital campaigns for student lead generation across Indian university admissions and Study Abroad programmes. The role is performance-focused and requires strong control over campaign strategy, lead quality, conversion tracking, budget utilisation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for qualified student enquiries.
- Build audience, geography, keyword, creative and remarketing strategies for India and Study Abroad
- Track daily budgets, CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, CPA and ROI, and take quick corrective action
- Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- Integrate lead sources with CRM and support source-wise attribution and funnel reporting
- Build daily/weekly dashboards and recommend what to scale, pause or test
- Keep advertising ethical and student-friendly, with no misleading admission, scholarship or visa claims
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media or lead generation
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, pixels, remarketing and funnels
- Experience in education, edtech, admissions or overseas education (preferred)
- Ability to analyze data, improve lead quality and work closely with sales and counselling teams
- Clear communication, an ownership mindset and readiness to join immediately
