We are looking for an organised, creative professional to handle client communication, coordinate our internal team, and manage social media across multiple client accounts. The role also includes hands-on SEO, blog publishing, website monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client requirements, communication, approvals, and feedback professionally and patiently.
• Prepare content calendars and develop clear ideas and briefs for designs, videos, reels, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and developers to ensure quality work is completed on time.
• Manage social media accounts, write captions, and schedule and publish approved content.
• Research social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences, and apply relevant insights to each clients content.
• Use AI tools for research, content ideas, captions, reel scripts, and reporting support, while reviewing outputs for accuracy and brand suitability.
• Personally execute SEO activities and write, optimise, and publish blogs.
• Monitor websites, update content, and follow up on technical fixes.
• Analyse social media and website performance and prepare monthly reports with improvement suggestions.
• Maintain organised task trackers, client feedback, approval records, and deliverable reports.

Skills & Experience

• Preferably 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing agency experience.
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills, with confident and patient client handling.
• Hands-on experience in social media management, SEO, blog publishing, and reporting.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, including effective prompting, fact-checking, and refining content.
• Ability to turn relevant media trends into creative concepts suited to each brand.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Responsible handling of confidential client information when using AI tools.

Location & Work Arrangement

Primarily remote; candidates should be based in Delhi/NCR. Office visits may be required approximately once or twice every three to four months, depending on work requirements. This is not a fixed attendance schedule. Candidates must also be available for urgent in-person meetings and client meetings when required.
