Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Manager

Richmee is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for driving quality leads and optimizing digital campaigns for business growth.

Role & responsibilities :

• Plan and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better conversions.
• Manage SEO, social media and digital marketing activities.
• Track CPL, CPA, ROI and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team and prepare performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 5+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
• Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Lead Generation.
• Good knowledge of SEO, GA4 and Performance Marketing.
• Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.
• BFSI/Financial Services experience preferred.
