SENIOR DIETICIAN

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Dietician to provide professional nutritional consultation and dietary guidance to patients. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health conditions, creating personalized diet plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate nutrition and health records to support overall wellness and treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients nutritional needs, medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
• Prepare personalized diet and meal plans based on individual patient requirements.
• Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as required.
• Provide nutritional counselling and educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle management.
• Maintain detailed nutrition records, diet charts, consultation notes, and patient progress reports.
• Conduct follow-ups to evaluate patient compliance and effectiveness of dietary recommendations.
• Guide patients on weight management, therapeutic diets, and disease-specific nutrition plans.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and clinical nutrition standards.
• Stay updated with current nutrition research, trends, and best practices.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelors or masters degree in nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or related field.
• Certified/Registered Dietician preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
