Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, cloud technologies, application security, and platform migrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and executing complex enterprise migrations while ensuring the continuity of projects, workflows, documentation, permissions, integrations, and business-critical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise-scale DevOps and platform migrations from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Migrate and modernize Atlassian and collaboration platforms, ensuring preservation of projects, workflows, documentation, permissions, integrations, and configurations.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps and platform engineering solutions.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, configuration, and operational processes using modern Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
• Work with Microsoft Azure cloud services to support cloud-based platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
• Implement DevSecOps and application security practices across development and deployment pipelines.
• Support monitoring, observability, reliability, and performance engineering for enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, database, and engineering teams to execute complex migration and modernization initiatives.
• Identify migration risks, dependencies, technical gaps, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during platform migration and transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot complex DevOps, infrastructure, integration, database, and platform-related issues.
• Establish and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, architecture documentation, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, SRE, software engineering, monitoring/observability, or related engineering disciplines.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading or implementing enterprise DevOps/platform migrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise platform migration and modernization.
• Experience migrating Atlassian and collaboration platforms, including preservation of projects, workflows, documentation, permissions, and integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps automation, infrastructure management, and platform engineering principles.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, reliability, and infrastructure engineering.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and application security practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, security, application, and database teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
