Senior DevOps Manager

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating our CI/CD pipeline, maintaining our infrastructure, and ensuring security and compliance in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Automation: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure robust security practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions and optimize system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Skills: Proficiency in Azure, CI/CD tools (e. g., Jenkins, GitHub), and infrastructure as code (e. g., Terraform).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Prior experience in IT infrastructure management is a plus.
