Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring 99.9% uptime for Yellow. AI infrastructure and APIs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, working with the Platform Engineering team for the same.
• Development of internal tools/scripts for automation of various tasks.
• Responsible for the build and deployment of packages into various environments, including production.
• Fixing issues related to Infra and highlighting long-term issues to the product team and getting them prioritised.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience working on large-scale systems.
• Good experience with Linux.
• Hands-on experience in scripting using Python/bash, or any other scripting language.
• Good experience of using monitoring tools like Prometheus/Newrelic/Jaegaer/Sentry, etc.
• Experience of working with databases like MongoDB/PostGREsql/MySQL.
• Experience of working with ElasticSearch and Kafka.
• Experience of working with Kubernetes.
• Experience with any of the major public clouds, i. e, AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is a plus.
• Knowledge of Nodejs is a big plus.
• Deeply passionate about technology and keeping the systems and your knowledge updated.
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for a quickly growing company.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
