Senior Devops Engineer with (Argo CD/ Harness)_ Exp: 7+ Years

Role & responsibilities

CI DevOps Engineer

This role will focus primarily on CI/CD engineering and automation.

Key skills:

Strong hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines

Experience with Harness is highly preferred

Candidates without Harness experience should have strong CI/CD fundamentals and be capable of being trained on Harness

Pipeline automation, reusable templates, deployment workflows and integrations

Git-based development workflows and DevOps best practices

Kubernetes and containerization knowledge

Experience integrating security/testing/quality controls into pipelines is valuable

2. CD / DevOps

This role requires a broader DevOps/Platform Engineering background with a stronger emphasis on Continuous Deployment.

Key skills:

Strong Argo CD and GitOps experience

Hands-on Kubernetes experience

Strong experience with container deployments

Experience managing application deployments across Kubernetes environments

Good understanding of CI/CD and modern DevOps practices

Crossplane experience is extremely valuable

Harness knowledge is a plus, and we can provide Harness training to strong engineers who have the underlying DevOps/CD skills

3. Generalist

For the generalist role, Argo CD + GitOps + Kubernetes + container deployment should be the core combination, with Crossplane being a major advantage.
