Senior Devops Engineer (Immediate Joiners)

Role Description This is a full-time Senior DevOps Engineer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure, focusing on automation, reliability, and security across development and production environments. Daily responsibilities include building and managing CI pipelines, optimizing deployment processes, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues. The role involves collaborating closely with software development, QA, and operations teams to improve release cycles, implement infrastructure as code, and ensure high availability of services. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position to support ongoing projects and rapid delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 5 years
• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Software Development practices (e.g., Python, Go, or similar languages) and scripting for DevOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and pipeline optimization.
• Solid System Administration expertise with Linux environments, including performance tuning, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch) to ensure system reliability.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document infrastructure and processes effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior or lead DevOps role is preferred.
