Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure AI Platform)

Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform looking for a We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and manage secure, scalable cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure for AI and Digital Transformation projects. The role requires expertise in Azure, IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Containers, Cloud Automation, and DevSecOps, with the opportunity to work on next-generation AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure & Automation ● Design, build and manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). ● Develop reusable Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates for scalable infrastructure provisioning. ● Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure management across Development, QA, UAT, and

Production environments. ● Implement highly available, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.

DevOps & CI/CD ● Design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. ● Automate application, infrastructure, database, and AI model deployments. ● Build deployment strategies including Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments. ● Improve software release velocity while maintaining platform stability.

Containerization & Kubernetes ● Containerize enterprise applications using Docker. ● Deploy and manage workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). ● Configure container registries, image security, scaling, ingress, and networking. ● Optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, availability, and cost.

Monitoring & Reliability Engineering ● Implement enterprise monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions. ● Build dashboards using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana, or similar platforms. ● Monitor infrastructure health, application performance, availability, latency, and cloud utilization. ● Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and proactively resolve production issues.

AI Platform Operations (MLOps ) ● Support deployment and lifecycle management of AI/ML solutions in production. ● Manage model deployment, versioning, rollback strategies, and operational monitoring. ● Track model performance, latency, drift, utilization, and cloud costs. ● Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to operationalize machine learning solutions.

Security & Governance ● Implement DevSecOps best practices across the software delivery lifecycle. ● Manage Azure Identity, RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identities, and secrets management. ● Work closely with Information Security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. ● Implement infrastructure compliance, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.

Collaboration ● Partner with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Developers, and Security teams. ● Promote automation-first engineering culture across the organization. ● Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices and platform standards. ● Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and developer experience.

Requirements: ● Minimum 3+ years of experience in D365 F&O Finance module or Dynamics AX ● Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets ● Strong command over functional configuration and solution testing ● Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) ● Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with international clients ● Willingness to travel for client projects

Preferred Qualification: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. ● Microsoft Azure Certifications (preferred): ● Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) ● Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) ● Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) ● Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics & Communication, Mathematics(IIT), Statistics(IIT / ISI), or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
