Full Stack Developer with prior experience developing software related to

SolidWorks or AutoCAD . This is a core requirement for the role, as you will work on integrating CAD data into CostNet's intelligent costing engine and building scalable web applications used by manufacturers worldwide.

Candidates without hands-on software development experience involving SolidWorks or AutoCAD will not be considered. ** Work Model:** Hybrid (Minimum 4 days/week On-site, remaining days Work From Home) Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CostNet's full-stack web platform.
• Develop scalable frontend and backend applications with high performance and reliability.
• Build and maintain integrations with

SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD platforms .

• Develop software that processes engineering drawings and 3D CAD models, including STEP, DXF, DWG, and related file formats.
• Work with CAD APIs, plugins, automation tools, and geometry processing libraries.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams to build intelligent manufacturing solutions.
• Design and develop REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment. Mandatory Requirements
• Prior software development experience involving SolidWorks or AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Experience developing applications, plugins, APIs, automation tools, or integrations for CAD software.
• Strong Full Stack development experience.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and cloud-based deployments.
• Proficiency with Git and modern software development workflows. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with the SolidWorks API, AutoCAD API, ObjectARX, or similar CAD development frameworks.
• Experience working with Open Cascade, Open CASCADE Technology (OCCT), FreeCAD, CAD kernels, or geometry processing libraries.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows including laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, fabrication, or sheet metal processing.
• Experience handling STEP, DXF, DWG, IGES, Parasolid, or similar engineering file formats.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering software or manufacturing automation is a plus. What You'll Build
