Sr. Developer - Identity One Manager (One Identity Manager & VB.NET)

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using One Identity Manager.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define solution architecture, technical components, and system integrations.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap.
• Develop and support integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, and other enterprise systems.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions using industry-standard protocols.
• Develop and maintain REST-based integrations and APIs.
• Support application deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure identity management practices.

• Strong experience working with One Identity Manager development and administration.
• Hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API gateway technologies.
• Strong development skills with VB.NET.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server development and database management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
