Senior Developer, Enterprise Solutions

Job Summary

ACA Group is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications supporting its Quote to Cash platform, including Salesforce and Certinia. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, follow agile methodologies, and be committed to writing quality code, creating unit tests, conducting peer reviews, and developing comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform, including Certinia.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous jobs, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, SOQL queries, and Salesforce Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Write unit tests, participate in peer code reviews, and ensure code quality.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage Salesforce sandboxes and support deployment activities using tools such as Gearset or Copado.
• Develop reports and support business requirements related to the Quote to Cash platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver quality work within agreed timelines.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable jobs.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce sandbox management and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, including VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, Developer Console, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
