Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable Microservices and Event-Driven backend systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in cloud-native application development, Kafka-based integrations, distributed architectures, and REST API engineering. The candidate will work on logistics and supply chain platforms supporting real-time operational workflows and orchestration services Your future duties and responsibilities Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Backend Development
• Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API Development
• Experience with OpenAPI 3 / API-first development
• Expertise in Kafka and Event-Driven Systems
• Experience with MongoDB
• Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud
• Experience working with Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of:
• CQRS
• Idempotency
• Replay Mechanisms
• Distributed Systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with OWASP secure API development practices
• Experience in monitoring and observability tools:
• OpenTelemetry
• Prometheus

• Design and develop scalable backend Microservices using C# and .NET
• Build and maintain REST APIs following API-first principles
• Develop asynchronous integrations using Kafka
• Implement secure, resilient, and highly available backend systems
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
• Support observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities
• Participate in CI/CD and Kubernetes deployment practices
