Job Title: Sr. Designer Design

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Art Director who combines exceptional

design skills with creative vision. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual

communication, typography, branding, and layout design, while embracing AI-powered creative

workflows to deliver innovative ideas and high-quality executions.

This role requires someone who can think conceptually, execute flawlessly, and inspire creativity

across campaigns for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated advertising campaigns.
• Create compelling designs across digital, print, social media, outdoor, branding, and

marketing

collateral.

• Lead the visual execution of campaigns from concept to final artwork.
• Generate fresh, out-of-the-box ideas that solve communication challenges creatively.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and production teams.
• Prepare production-ready artwork files with complete knowledge of print specifications,

packaging, and pre-press requirements.

• Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with global design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative

tools.

Required Skills

Design Excellence

• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent sense of composition, layout, color, hierarchy, and branding.
• Strong typography skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to transform ideas into impactful visual storytelling.

AI Skills (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools is mandatory.
• Ability to use AI for concept generation, image creation, mood boards, visual exploration,

and

workflow enhancement.

• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Illustrator,

Photoshop

Generative AI, Runway, or similar platforms.

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of artwork preparation, print production, file packaging, color profiles,

and

pre-press processes.

• Ability to prepare error-free final artwork for production.

Creative Thinking

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop original campaign ideas.
• Passion for innovation and experimentation.
• Ability to think beyond conventional design solutions.

Qualifications

• 7- 10+ years of experience in a creative or advertising agency.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or

a

related field.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, typography, and creative

thinking.
