Job Profile - Senior Designer
Were looking for a passionate, hands-on Designer who can take ownership of projects, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Own projects end-to-end — from concept to execution.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers.
* Be confident in handling clients and taking responsibility for project deliverables.
* Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
* Translate ideas and briefs into thoughtful, strong design solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to drive projects forward.
* Work comfortably under tight timelines, urgent requirements, and pressure.
Preferred candidate profile
What we’re looking for:
Any Graduate with Auto cad certification.
Someone with 3–6 years of experience, strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for the work.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, take Initiative, solves problems, and gets things done.
