About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product ranges for men’s casual shirts, T-shirts and bottom wear.
- Prepare detailed tech packs for sampling and bulk production.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and factories throughout the
- product development cycle.
- Manage sample development, fit sessions, comments, corrections, and approvals to achieve
- the desired product.
- Coordinate fabric and trims requisitions based on design and production requirements.
- Follow up regularly on sampling and bulk production to ensure timelines and quality standards
- are met.
- Follow up with suppliers for bulk fabric delivery and ensure material availability as per
- production schedules.
- Coordinate with factories and conduct factory visits for production monitoring and product
- execution.
- Ensure that designs are aligned with brand aesthetics, customer expectations, target costing,
- MRP, quality standards, and commercial viability.
- Track the complete product lifecycle from concept design sampling approval bulk
- production final execution.
