Senior Designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement category management strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue optimization.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including buyers, suppliers, and internal customers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform purchasing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in textile & apparel industry with expertise in category management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of buyer activities such as negotiation techniques, contract administration, and inventory control.
• Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with suppliers to achieve cost reductions without compromising quality.
