Role Overview: As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of user-centric digital experiences across Fabriclore's web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Business teams to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys and visually compelling interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex user problems through research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing while maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products—from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Improve product usability through data-driven design decisions and continuous iteration.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of UI/UX design experience for SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and modern UI design.
• Proficiency in

Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• Good understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with developers and product teams in Agile environments.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend design principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing B2B platforms, ERP, Supply Chain, Marketplace, or eCommerce products.
• Exposure to textile, fashion, manufacturing, or sourcing industries is an advantage.
