Position: Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong visual concepts and design solutions across campaigns, digital, social media, and brand communication.
• Translate creative briefs into impactful and visually compelling design directions.
• Create work that is fresh, distinctive, and aligned with the brand s visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with copy, art, film, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, maintaining high creative standards.
• Contribute to pitches and key campaigns with strong visual ideas and presentations.
• Stay updated with design, culture, digital, and technology trends to bring fresh thinking to the work.
• Present and confidently articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design at creative, digital, branding, or advertising agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, digital work, social media, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Strong command of design tools with an excellent eye for typography, layout, composition, and aesthetics.
• Ability to turn briefs into original and engaging visual ideas.
• Strong understanding of digital and social-first design.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with copy, art, film, and strategy teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects and timelines.
