About this role
We are looking for an Electrical Wiring Harness Design Engineer with hands-on experience in wiring harness design, electrical integration, 2D/3D routing, formboard development, and manufacturing documentation using Zuken E3 and UG NX.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical wiring harnesses, schematics, and 2D/3D layouts.
Create harness formboards using Zuken E3.Formboard and E3.HarnessBuilder.
Perform 3D harness routing and drafting using Siemens NX (UG NX).
Prepare BOMs, wire lists, label sheets, tool lists, and manufacturing drawings.
Develop and maintain electrical component libraries using E3.DatabaseEditor.
Perform electrical validation, continuity checks, and design quality reviews.
Support component selection, cost optimization, and engineering changes.
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Zuken E3.series, E3.Formboard, E3.HarnessBuilder, and E3.DatabaseEditor.
Knowledge of UG NX, Teamcenter, and electrical schematics.
Experience in wiring harness design, BOM preparation, and wire-list development.
Understanding of electrical integration, harness manufacturing, and validation.
