Advanced Design Ownership
- Independently handle complex systems, assemblies, and configurations
- Take ownership of design decisions involving safety, performance, and reliability
- Resolve technically challenging design issues with minimal supervision
Design Review & Mentoring
- Review drawings, BOMs, and documentation prepared by Design Engineers and Trainees
- Provide constructive technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

- Apply deep understanding of IAPL products and applications to diverse customer requirements
- Anticipate application risks and propose robust engineering solutions
- Support sales, service, and manufacturing teams on complex technical queries
Manufacturing, Quality & Field Interface
- Actively incorporate feedback from manufacturing, QC, testing, and service
- Identify recurring issues and drive design improvements
- Support root cause analysis of design-related field or quality problems
Standards, Safety & Compliance
- Apply relevant codes, standards, and internal guidelines with confidence
- Ensure designs meet safety and compliance requirements without compromise
- Participate in internal audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
