Senior Design Engineer

Hello Engineer,

We are looking for Senior Design Engineer to work onsite with a Cummins India Limited, Pune.

Position: Senior Design Engineer

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience: 5 - 7 years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for diesel engines and related subsystems.
• Handle service engineering, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Create and modify 3D models and engineering designs using Creo.
• Apply GD&T principles in engineering designs and drawings.
• Analyze field issues and support product improvement and serviceability.
• Prepare service manuals, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and global engineering teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Diesel Engines and their subsystems.
• Hands-on experience with Creo and 3D modeling.
• Good understanding of GD&T, Engineering drawings, and Manufacturing.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to work 2:00 PM 10:00 PM IST shift.
• Comfortable with Hybrid work model.
