Design jigs, fixtures, gauges, molds, dies, and special-purpose tools using CAD software.Prepare detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.Analyze product specifications and manufacturing requirements to develop suitable tooling concepts.Coordinate with production, process engineering, and suppliers during tool development.Conduct design reviews and implement design improvements.Ensure tooling designs comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.Support tool trials, validation, and troubleshooting activities.Optimize tooling for productivity, quality, and cost reduction.Maintain tooling design records and revision control.
