Senior Delivery Excellence Technical Lead

The Delivery Excellence team is an organization of highly collaborative individuals who are passionate about delivery success, practitioner enablement and community building.Your peers are passionate, experienced Pega delivery experts who engage across Pega and the ecosystem to influence the adoption of delivery best practices.

Working with clients, partners, Pega Consulting and our product teams youll play an important role in driving project delivery success and the adoption of best practices.You will grow your expertise as a technical contributor, engaging across the ecosystem via workshops and webinars while building practical knowledge that supports better delivery outcomes for Pega and our clients and partners.

The Delivery ExcellenceTechnical Lead (DETL) supports our delivery ecosystem to help partners and clients deliver strong outcomes with Pega technology.This individuals job is to identify enablement needs and provide current Pega technical knowledge to our delivery ecosystem in order to improve practice capability.Enablement may be delivered via workshops, webcasts, documentation, course content, or 1:1 project mentoring.This role works with the Partner Delivery Success Manager, Blueprint Delivered team and others to understand the ecosystem enablement requirements for the organization, industry and region and supports enablement to fit those requirements.The DETL promotes awareness and usage of the Blueprint Delivered Methodology (defined delivery process best practices) to practitioners in their portfolio.He or she works with ecosystem counterparts to support the development of technical Pega skills within the delivery ecosystem.He or she helps integrate Pega delivery best practices into partner and client methodology to improve delivery outcomes.The DETL supports project success via workshops and advisory engagements.
