Key Responsibilities

* Service Delivery & Project Management
* Own end-to-end delivery of analytics, data engineering, AI/ML and Enterprise Data Transformation projects, ensuring delivery excellence and 100% client satisfaction.
* Translate business requirements into scalable data/analytics solutions.
* Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative guidance and ensuring expectations are met.
* Drive business growth by building trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
* Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

* Education: MBAs/Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering
* Experience: 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI data engineering services delivery, preferably in a client services driven environment. Should have managed team size ranging from 40-100 employees.
* Technical Skills: (good to have)
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or Scala.
* Hands-on experience with data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling.
* Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and advanced analytics/ML frameworks.

* Soft Skills:

* Strong client-facing and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

* Must Haves:

* Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment
* Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box solutions to help clients in solving their business problems
* Passion towards learning is a must. You must be able to merge the art of consulting to analytics services delivery
* Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects across multiple industries and analytics.
