Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop, optimize, and maintain

SQL Server and

PostgreSQL databases, queries, stored procedures, and functions. ✔ Administer databases including:

• Performance tuning
• Indexing
• Backup & Recovery
• Security & Access Control
• Capacity Planning ✔ Design and execute ETL scripts and support large-scale data migration activities. ✔ Design reusable database utilities and import templates. ✔ Support application upgrades and ensure database compatibility. ✔ Investigate and resolve database performance and data integrity issues. ✔ Conduct database health checks and query optimization. ✔ Document database architecture, schemas, and database changes. ✔ Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills & Experience ✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience as a

Database Developer / DBA ✅ Expert knowledge of:

• Microsoft SQL Server
• PostgreSQL ✅ Strong experience in:
• SQL & Stored Procedures
• Query Optimization
• Performance Tuning
• ETL & Data Migration
• Database Administration
• Backup & Recovery
• Indexing & Security
• Multi-tenant Database Architecture
• Version Control ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills ⭐ AWS RDS or other Cloud Databases ⭐ Containerized Environments ⭐ Experience working on Payroll, Workforce Management, or SaaS products
