👨 💻 Experience: 7–10 Years We are looking for an experienced

Technical Lead – Database Engineering with

7–10 years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise database solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in

SQL Server/PostgreSQL, T-SQL/PL-SQL, cloud databases (Azure SQL, Synapse, Snowflake, AWS Redshift), database performance tuning, data modelling, ETL/ELT, and database CI/CD , along with proven experience leading and mentoring database engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the

design and development of enterprise-scale database solutions.

• Define database architecture , standards, and best practices.
• Optimize database performance, queries, indexing, and partitioning.
• Design

data models, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting-ready database objects.

• Review

SQL code, stored procedures, and technical designs.

• Implement

database CI/CD and support cloud migration initiatives.

• Mentor database engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of database development experience with 2+ years in a Technical Lead/Senior role.
• Strong expertise in

SQL Server/PostgreSQL and

T-SQL/PL-SQL .

• Hands-on experience with

Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift .

• Expertise in

data modelling ,

query optimization ,

performance tuning ,

indexing , and

partitioning .

• Experience with

ETL/ELT , database CI/CD, and cloud database modernization.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
