Senior Data Specialist - MIS

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps and provide actionable insights.
• Support management with data analysis and presentations.
• Identify manual reporting activities and implement automation solutions.
• Use Excel, Power Query, VBA, SQL, and Power Automate to improve reporting efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated data transformation and reporting processes.
• Maintain data validation and quality checks.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Power Query and VBA is preferred.
• Strong analytical, data visualization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Basic understanding of ETL and data transformation processes.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in Excel-based reporting and data analysis.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling ad-hoc reporting requirements.
