Role Overview Our client - an AI-first enterprise transformation company building and deploying production-grade AI systems and AI products for real business impact - is seeking to hire a Senior Data Scientist with 7+ years of experience (or 5+ years with a Master's) who can operate across data engineering, model development, and applied agentic AI. This role requires strong technical depth in Python and PySpark, hands-on exposure to agentic AI systems, and the ability to take solutions from concept to production in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade data science and AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines using PySpark
• Develop and deploy agentic AI systems and workflows for real-world enterprise use cases
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Own the full lifecycle — from data exploration and model development to deployment and monitoring in production
• Stay current with developments in agentic AI and applied ML

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's degree in Data Science or a related field
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and PySpark
• Practical experience building or working with Agentic AI systems
• Proven track record of taking data science solutions from concept to production
• Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in fast-paced, outcomes-driven environments
