Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced predictive models and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven leadership in delivering data-driven insights that shape strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of predictive models to solve complex business problems across domains.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new modeling techniques, feature engineering approaches, and emerging AI/ML technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and visualization.
• Ensure scalability, robustness, and compliance of deployed models in production

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9–15 years of hands-on experience in

data science, predictive modeling, and machine learning .

• Strong proficiency in

Python and libraries such as

scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy .

• Expertise in statistical modeling, regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
