Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, GCP, Kubernetes, and MLOps to develop, train, deploy, and manage scalable, production-ready ML models.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate ML models using Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or CatBoost.
• Perform feature engineering, EDA, and model evaluation.
• Use Vertex AI for model training and hyperparameter tuning.
• Orchestrate ML workflows using Argo Workflows and Kubernetes.
• Build and optimize model training and inference pipelines.
• Manage model artifacts using Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
• Implement model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
• Troubleshoot production pipelines and participate in on-call support.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python and Machine Learning expertise.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and Vertex AI.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Argo Workflows.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and inference.
• Understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Good to Have:

• Experience with batch and real-time inference.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, model drift detection, and automated retraining.
