Senior Data Leader

About Position: We are seeking a senior Solution Architect / Data Leader who can work directly with CxO‑level stakeholders to define and deliver the organization’s data, analytics, and AI/ML vision. This role combines strategic leadership, strong technical depth, and hands‑on architecture ownership to drive enterprise‑scale data transformation.

• Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do:
• Act as a trusted advisor to CxO and senior leadership, shaping data and AI strategy aligned to business goals.
• Define enterprise data architecture and analytics roadmap including data platforms, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, cloud‑based data solutions.
• Lead solution design for data lakes/lakehouse, BI, reporting, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Drive adoption and governance of AI/ML and GenAI solutions across the organisation.
• Guide and mentor architects, data engineers, and analytics teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, stakeholder workshops, and executive presentations.
• Ensure best practices around data governance, security, privacy, and compliance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or data leadership roles.
• Proven experience engaging with CxO‑level stakeholders in client‑facing roles.
• Strong expertise in:
• Data strategy, data platforms, and modern analytics
• Cloud data architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Reporting & BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• AI/ML concepts and enterprise production use cases
• Experience with GenAI / LLM‑based solutions
• Ability to translate complex business problems into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
