Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms and architectures. Lead the development of batch and real-time data processing solutions using modern cloud and big data technologies. Define data engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Drive architectural decisions for data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, and streaming platforms. Review and optimize complex data pipelines for scalability, reliability, and performance. Lead platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders, architects, product teams, data scientists, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical consultation and recommend data strategies aligned with business objectives. Present architecture solutions, roadmaps, and technical recommendations to senior leadership.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT frameworks for processing large-scale datasets. Develop data integration solutions across multiple internal and external systems. Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, security, and compliance requirements are met. Implement data modeling strategies for analytical and operational use cases. Drive automation and operational excellence through CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
